These terms govern use of momentummatrix.ai and related website features operated by Momentum Matrix LLC.

If you enter into a signed proposal, statement of work, order form, service agreement, or other contract with Momentum Matrix, that agreement controls the paid services covered by it. If there is a conflict, the signed agreement controls for those services.

You may use this website for lawful business and informational purposes. You may not violate applicable law, interfere with security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, overload systems, misrepresent your identity, or infringe the rights of Momentum Matrix or others.
3. Website Information
Website content is provided for general informational and marketing purposes. We may update, remove, or change content at any time. Website use alone does not create a client, partnership, employment, fiduciary, or professional-adviser relationship.
4. Service Descriptions, Pricing, and Timelines
Descriptions of websites, local marketing, AI systems, automation, and other services are general. Actual scope, deliverables, pricing, timelines, support, ownership, responsibilities, and cancellation terms are determined by the applicable written agreement.
Prices shown on the website are starting prices unless expressly stated otherwise. Project complexity, integrations, page count, call volume, advertising market, service area, and other factors may change final pricing.
5. Results and Marketing Performance
Business, advertising, search visibility, lead generation, conversion, revenue, booked jobs, and other outcomes depend on factors outside our control. Unless expressly stated in a signed written agreement, Momentum Matrix does not guarantee a specific search ranking, lead volume, revenue amount, ad result, or number of booked projects.
6. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Systems
AI-powered systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or inappropriate outputs. AI systems should be configured, tested, monitored, and used with appropriate human oversight for the applicable business context.
AI receptionists and automated communication tools are not substitutes for emergency services, legal advice, medical advice, or other services requiring specialized human judgment. Clients are responsible for deciding where human review, escalation, disclosure, or consent is required.
7. Calls, Text Messages, and Consent
If you voluntarily provide a phone number and affirmatively consent to calls or text messages, Momentum Matrix may contact you about your inquiry, demo request, appointment, or related services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Additional communications terms may apply to client systems or campaigns under a separate agreement.
8. Third-Party Platforms
Our website and services may integrate with or rely on third-party providers, including hosting, advertising, analytics, communications, scheduling, AI, payment, CRM, and other software providers.
Third-party platforms are governed by their own terms, policies, availability, pricing, and technical limitations. Momentum Matrix is not responsible for outages, restrictions, policy changes, data loss, or other actions controlled solely by a third party.
9. Intellectual Property
The website and its original content, branding, design elements, copy, graphics, software, and materials are owned by Momentum Matrix LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Rights in client deliverables are governed by the applicable written client agreement.

If you submit information, content, files, or materials through the website, you represent that you have the right to provide them and that doing so does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law. You authorize us to use submitted materials as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate potential work, provide services, operate systems, and comply with legal obligations.
11. Payment and Paid Services
Deposits, payment schedules, recurring charges, cancellation rights, refunds, media spend, pass-through costs, usage charges, and deliverables are governed by the applicable written agreement. Failure to pay amounts when due may result in suspension or termination as permitted by that agreement and applicable law.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Momentum Matrix LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of this website. Additional limitations relating to paid services may appear in the applicable written agreement.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
15. Changes to the Website or Terms
We may modify the website or these terms. The “Last updated” date shows the most recent revision. Continued use after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to different dispute-resolution terms in a signed client agreement, disputes relating to these website terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Clark County, Washington.
17. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
