Do I need all of these services?
No. Start with what you need most. That might be a website, help with search, or a better way to answer calls. You can add other services later if they make sense.
Can you work with my existing website?
Yes, we can take a look. Sometimes a few changes are enough; sometimes a rebuild makes more sense. We’ll explain what we recommend and why before you decide.
Do you only work in Oregon?
Momentum Matrix is based in Oregon and serves small businesses across the United States.
How do you decide what to build first?
We ask what you want to improve and how customers find and contact you today. That helps us work out where to start. You can also use our plan builder to explore the options first.
Will AI quote prices or promise appointments?
Only if you want it to and the setup supports it. We agree on what the assistant can say or book, test it, and make sure questions that need your judgment come to you.
Who owns the website and accounts?
We’ll put ownership, account access, and ongoing responsibilities in writing before we start, so you know exactly what you’re agreeing to.
How long does a project take?
It depends on what we’re building and how much content is ready. Once we’ve talked through the project, we’ll agree on a timeline and the points where you’ll review the work.
Do you guarantee revenue or lead volume?
No. Results depend on things like your market, offer, budget, and follow-up. We’ll agree on what to track and use the results to guide improvements.
Can I try the services before we talk?
Yes. The plan builder has client websites to explore, an AI assistant to try, and recorded receptionist examples to listen to. You can compare services and download a plan before contacting us. Choosing services doesn’t place an order.
